Hey guys, need a quick and easy Thanksgiving Day Centerpiece? Well I've got one that I whipped up in literally minutes, and for less than $25.
Here's our dining room below...
We're hosting Thanksgiving Dinner this year for our extended family, and I am so excited! Here's the centerpiece I created below. It's just faux pumpkins, leaves and berries all placed on a modern tray with clean lines. Shhh, don't tell anyone, but guess where I scored those faux pumpkins ;) Old Time Pottery. Yup this store has got the deals on all things home decor!
And do you like the chevron table runner? Yup, I scored that at Old Time Pottery too for just $9.99.
Okay the main reason why I am loving this centerpiece is that I'm a functional decorator. That means, for me, there is no point in filling the table with so much decor that there's no room for the actual food! With this centerpiece, when the turkey is ready, I'll just move the tray to the side - to make space for the real main attraction...the turkey!
Happy Fall Y'all! Or in our case, Winter - since it Unbelievably snowed here in Charlotte, NC last night!
Thank you so much Jane, yes I am selling them on Etsy.
ReplyDeleteCan I come to the dinner? Looks so comfy and chick!
Love and hugs

Don't you live in Germany? You might be just a tad too far ;) thanks for stopping by..
ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job. I love that you put it on a tray. I'm a functional decorator, too, especially when it comes to the dinner table!
ReplyDeleteI love your functional decor!! It is so perfect!
