Inspiration...black painted banisters

 

Today I am simply inspired by...black painted banisters!  I love black stair risers too, but not sure the hubby will go for that.  I also think our 8 doggy paws would scratch those shiny stairs in no time flat!  The banister though...we can do that!










Hmmm, I've been looking for a new Diy project to tackle.  My wheels are spinning...I'll keep you posted!

    I love it too and have been contemplating painting the banister black. Ours is white right now, but the black would definitely hide all those finger prints I keep finding. ;)

    I <3 this idea! I've got 3 filthy little boys and a big dirty man, plus a dog who likes to shove her head between the spindles. Black would eliminate sooooo many pesky little problems!
