Fall Acorn Wreath!

Fall is finally here and you know what that means....it's time to hang our wreaths on the front door, wahoo!  I love seeing all the fabulous wreaths out there in blog land.  And the options are endless...I've seen book page wreaths, coffee filter wreaths, yarn wreaths, burlap wreaths, even candy wreaths!  Well now we can add Acorn Wreath to the list.  Check this out...

Katie from Little Things Bring Smiles made this Acorn Wreath with, well - you guessed it...Acorns!  Actually she gathered her acorns in the yard, washed them and even baked them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to prepare them perfectly for her project.

Ahhh, I  LOVE the simplicity here!  Clean n' modern...definitely not your Grandmother's faded old wreath with the fake flowers.  You know the one ;)

  3. Love the wreath! I've been searching for acorns (they don't grow here) in the stores to make an acorn wreath, but haven't had any luck. The search continues!
