Diy Monogrammed Wall Art!
Well hi there ;) I've been on a bit of a bloggy break this last week, but it's so great to be back! I recently came across this Diy Monogrammed Wall Art from Love of Family and Home!
This is such a fun week-end project! Take an old frame from your attic, or a thrift store find. Any shape will work, but I do LOVE the oval. Next spray paint your frame heirloom white and add burlap fabric.
Finally hot glue the initial and Voila...cute art for around $10. Ahhh, vintage inspired wall art...on the cheap!
{LOVE}
Hey guys...Frugalicious Friday is ON tomorrow and we've got a fun Giveaway too! So link up, and show everyone how you find fabulous...for less.
Jane,
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of a monogram hanging in our house and although blogs are full of ideas how to, I haven't come across the right one, until now. Just have to go thrift an oval frame because I don't have one!
Nice to have you back from the bloggy break :)

This would make a nice wedding present for a couple starting their home together.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great idea! I actually had that picture at one time, too!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for featuring our DIY Monogram! The monogram was used for a wedding that we decorated for. To see the rest of the wedding decor here...

I've made monogrammed Wall art for our home 3 different ways. I modpodged pictures of my boys-from birth until now-on large M and Ls, I made a button monogram for my daughter's room, and I made shadowbox monograms. It's so much fun!
ReplyDeleteSo simple and elegant. Nice work!

Oh My Goodness! I just found that EXACT frame at goodwill, but the picture inside is different......although still hideous! I LOVE how you used burlap with a monogram. I may have to use this for inspiration.
ReplyDeleteWhere did you find the wooden letter to glue onto the burlap?? I love it!
