Client Design…Before & After!

For my latest project I created a family friendly space designed around my client's large contemporary art piece,  So fun.  I love decorating with inspiration pieces!  This family has four active little boys, so needless to say their old sofas had seen better days that's for sure.  Also, all of these pictures below were taken by the client.

Here's the Before…
n

And here's the After…
.

Everything you see below was purchased at Home Goods, World Market, Pier One and Garden Ridge!  I love the blue, green, brown and cream color combinations, as well as all the earthy textures.  Also the coffee and end tables were purchased from World Market.

Here's the contemporary artwork below.  The client relocated this piece from their Master Bedroom in order to save money here and splurge in other areas of the home. Smart.

For accessories on the mantle I used a collection of vases as well as a sunburst mirror as a focal point for above the fireplace.  The walls are painted in Sherwin Williams - Modern Gray.

Okay that's my latest Design Project and all I can say is…I love my job!  Helping people design affordable, stylish and comfortable living spaces the whole family can enjoy - it doesn't get any better!
